Ritzville-Pru Field Master Plan and Ritzville-Pru Field Residential Through-the-Fence Access Plan

In conjunction with the 2012 Airport Master Plan for Pru Field – Ritzville (Washington) Municipal Airport, Marr Arnold Planning worked as part of a consultant team to develop an Airport Compliance Plan. This plan provides an overview of the state and FAA assurances and obligations, identified areas of noncompliance and measures to correct compliance issues, and outlined Airport Management Best Practices for compliance.  Marr Arnold Planning also developed Airport Rules and Regulations and Minimum Standards, a Through-the-Fence Access Agreement for both commercial and residential users, and a Residential Through-the-Fence Access Plan.

2011 Georgia Statewide Economic Impact Study

marr-arnold_logoMarr Arnold Planning is part of a consultant team currently working with the Georgia Department of Transportation on a multi-year On-Call Aviation Systems Planning Services Contract. As part of the first task order that was completed in June 2012, the firm provided project management services for the 2011 Georgia Statewide Economic Impact Study. Project elements that Marr Arnold Planning played a vital role in include: quantifying the economic contribution of Georgia’s 104 public use airports, conducting airport case studies and business profiles, assisting with the identification of aviation-related tax revenue streams, and developing all study products which included a technical report, executive summary, airport brochures, and presentation materials.
